I'm so excited to share that I got the first pages done for my One Little Word album, following the prompts from Ali for January. Since my intent with doing this class is to have a way to focus on my word throughout the year, I decided that I would pretty much just follow her instructions for my pages. Why invent the wheel? Of course it helps that I love everything she does!
I definitely gave it my own twist though. Since I went for a lovely turquoise album (the one on the left above), I am continuing with lots of colour within.
I also used a piece of all the washi tape I owned at the time (yes, that does mean what you think, I got some more this week!). Additionally, to cut down on decision paralysis, I chose one of my hoarded Studio Calico kits, to use in the album throughout the year.
I'm ready for the February prompt tomorrow!
