These 10 books are in the forefront for me these days. Some I finished recently, and plan to read again. I am currently reading The Gifts of Imperfection. The Happiest Toddler on the Block, Those Bones are Not my Child and The Blind Assassin. Yes, I read books simultaneously. Not very Zen Habits but very me! Waiting to get cracked open is Emotional Intelligence (although I read it years before). I'm also planning on placing another order of books soon. Now that I have gotten the reading bug back, I can't seem to help myself!
What are some of your favourite books? Based on my pile above what would you recommend I read next?

Lately Kieran has wanted these four books, and these four book only, read to him at bedtime. Usually in this order.

Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss
At least he is fair and there are two books in each language! He has had the Dr. Seuss books for over a year now, but suddenly his interest in them has increased. The two French books were birthday gifts from his godfather this year.
Originally I would only read him books in Enlish, and Lucas would read him books in French, but since he started deciding which books he wants it's no longer up to us. Luckily my level of French is good enough for kid books!
Once he is tucked in we then read Goodnight Moon (or Bonsoir Lune) and it's sleepy time.

But I have been reading a lot more of late, due in part to my request for a huge stack of books for Christmas. Yes. I am indeed reading four books at once. Not only do I have a short attention span, but I leave the books in progress in different places around the apartment (Kieran's room, the kitchen, my bedside table, the living room) so that whenever I have 10 minutes free I can grab one and read a bit. It's pretty effective, since December I have finished the following titles
Twilight (The Twilight Saga, Book 1)
New Moon (The Twilight Saga, Book 2)
At this rate, I will have to stock up my wish list again before my birthday in May. Any must read books you recommend I add?
